Alum. head question.

I have a 68 Camaro 396 that I'm working on. the motor is not the orignal motor. ( it's from a 69 chevelle ). What my question is. Can you fit aluminum heads and tri carb. intake from a 427 vette engine onto this engine?. Kim

68 Camaro 396 conv.
66 Impala SS427 conv.
66 Impala SS327 ht.
