My guess, that's for a '68 Chevelle SS396.
Chevrolet never badged a Camaro as an 'SS396'. |

Fairly hard to come by. The SS427's are even harder. I think I paid $75 for the SS427 emblem at Super Chevy Indy around 1987!

Not an NOS piece as it wouldn't have came with the emblem or the horn contacts and wiring. All of that would have to be purchased separately from GM.
