The pad numbers appear to be raised characters ?

I think it's just an optical illusion that the pad numbers look "raised".
Partly due to the ultra Hi-Gloss Chevy orange paint and the heavy coats applied. The paint pools up against the edges of the stampings and creates a mini ridge of paint. That's what I came up with at staring at the pictures for way too long! Jerry |
