DZ-302 Block Wanted 3970010 April 69
Looking for a late April DZ block with original pad stamp? Preferably V0430DZ or one real close to it. Would also consider an CE fitted block from a later date if anybody has a nice one squirreled away? Any help muchly appreciated guys.

2500-4K for the right block and the right dates Mark. More for long blocks of course.
I'd pay 4K for a late April DZ block with standard bore and a clean bill of health. Less for one that's worn and requiring cylinders bored to .060 over or for anything with sleeves in it. You got one Mark?

Eh, just the one in my '68 Camaro, but unfortunately they decked the block so the numbers aren't readable. I'd have to try the acid trick to pull the numbers which I may eventually do (I want a blown small block for it some day). I'll keep an eye out for any DZ blocks and let you know if I see any. Best of luck on your search.

Yes I did Mark. One is too early and the other a bit late as my car was built May 7th/8th and actually shipped May 9th. Wish it was April 30 or May 1st.
