I've had this distributor for years now, but always kind of wondered about the date code. Particularly the "E". Does it look OK?? There is a slight divet or pit in the casting at the end of the "E". Thanks.

I say its good. The only other possibility is the E was a B but if this was the case the E lines would be radiused.
A hard to find date.

Or maybe an H. Dates I know are good are May 9 and 26.

Doesn't look like it may have been a H. Anyone ever seen one dated the 19th?
