Pavilions Cruise & 67th Avenue Cruise
Drove over to the Pavilions cruise today. Met up with Gary, then Bruce and Holly, then eventually many of the regulars including Fred R, Tony, Fred K, Stan, Terry, Paul, Shaun, Dave & Nancy, Rich and Ellen, John and Donna, Larry C, Sizzler Wayne, Dennis, Kevin D, Jim P, John & Angie, and some of the other Desert DerelictSS.
This is the time of year here when it starts warming up, and many "snowbirds" start leaving to return north and east. Many of our friends will be leaving this week, so one last cruise was in order. Everyone returns in October. In the mean time, we probably won't drive over to Pavilions too much, except for Desert DerelictSS Night. I'll be driving the Camaro over then. After Pavilions, I drove over to the 67th Ave Cruise in Glendale. We'll be hitting this cruise more often as it is closer to home. Gary's ride of the day   Stan has gone "German". Schnell! As I was shooting this one, someone walked up to me and said, "One of these just sold at Barrett Jackson for $8500". I've seen them sell for over twice that myself.
    It was Edsel night at Pavilions.    A 1960     Continued...................

On to 67th Avenue. LOTS of cars were there! The evening sun makes shooting on this lot somewhat challenging.
