.... Did Chevrolet ever make a
1964 Nova Wagon
.... that was an SS
.... with a 283 V8
.... and a 4 speed in the floor?

I don't think an SS wagon ever existed until the 1973 Chevelle.

No SS wagons but did make 283 4 speeds. Dealer install 327 was possible but never documented.

.... ( Like 118 .... or 116 ?)

A 1964 SS VIN will begin with 40447. If it's a non SS benchseat hardtop it will be 40437. Unfortunately, neither of these numbers tell you whether these cars were V/8 or six cylinder.
