LS7 Surge Tank

This came with my 1970 LS5 Corvette roadster that the original owner "LS7-ed" not long after he bought it new. This surge tank was one of the parts he bought over the counter - even has an LS7 cooling decal - anybody ever see one of these? BBC and Corvette historians?
