Kustom Headers catalog?

Looking to match some part numbers with applications. Anyone have a Kustom catalog from the 70s?

I can't find part numbers anywhere on these, just the "OK Kustom" medallion welded to the primary tubes. They are definitely Ford FE headers. Is there a 66-67 Comet/Fairlane 390/427 application listed in the catalog?

Tony, my catalog is MIA. All I can find is the Kustom Literature. I'll keep looking.
