Did you hear that PETA is upset.They say that robotic ground hogs should be used.They should get a life!Our ground hog is called Whyarton Willy.And he's well taking care of.

I like eatin' little critters and all, but Punxsutawney Phil is held in VERY high esteem in Western PA. Kind of like cult status if you know what I mean. I think Punxsutawney was the first word I learned to spell  , and my grandparents were proud as could be (that their 13 yr old grandson could spell such a tuff word  ) There are plenty of western PA boys and girls who would take great offense toward anyone wishin harm on their furry little friend  !!P.S. They're really only good in the spring when they come out of hibernation for a while. Actually the tail is supposed to be good.
The dumb ones will stand up if you whistle. Makes for a good head shot. Anyway....that's what I've heard.
