ON A LA BUILT 68 Z28 WAS THE COWL AERA PAINTED THE COLOR OF THE CAR OR THE COLOR OF THE STRIPE ?

I know 02E cars were car color across the top of the cowl & painted white under the cowl. I'm guessing you have white stripes. What is the build date of your car?

all 67-69 Van Nuys cars had the cowl painted the color of the stripe, even the Z10 & Z11 69 Pace Cars.
