Default GM Carlisle arrival instructions

All participants that are part of the GM Hi-Performance Showroom will need to go straight to the "G" building to register. Members of the SCW team will have all credentials at the "G" building for you. You will not have to go to main registration. IF you are participating in the outside portion of the show, your credentials will be at the main registration gate. The welcome crew from the sYc and SCW will be at "G" starting 9:00AM Wednesday and will stay late. Thursday starting @ 7:00 AM. I would like all cars loaded by Thursday night if possible. In the building there will be owners meeting Thursday night. All information will be posted in the building. Please drive safe and we will see you starting Wednesday. Any questions please ask me this week before Wednesday. After that we will be at the show...BKH

So will the outside cars be parked on the dusty stone lot, or can I reserve the little grassy area just in front of the showroom area?

A big to the SCW crew for hosting this awesome display, one that no doubt will be the highlight of the show.

There is just no way to control the weather, sorry about that. If you want the best spots outside you just have to be lucky I guess. I simply do not have enough indoor spots. As I said earlier, I will do my best to get everyone a great spot. This ain't easy..BKH

That's right, Ain't your fault. The weather is a killer this year for many events I/we are trying to attend. I am sure both show areas at Carlisle will be real good this year. Hats off to you guys for all the work and prep for these events.

You guys have put in a tremendous amount of work into what looks like what will prove to be an awesome display. Can't wait to see it. See you Thursday.

Boy...you can say that again! Getting set up for a show is equal to putting out a bunch of small fires...

My hat's off to you.

BTW, have a blast...and pictures, pictures and more pictures!
