"PUTTING YOU FIRST KEEPS US FIRST" is the 69-70 plate slogan..

I listed two USA 1 plates on ebay the other day. Neither says "putting you first keeps us first" One says "putting you first in a big way!" and the other says "see americas first". Not sure exactly which years these cover.

1970 production actually had two USA 1 possible plate slogans,"Putting You First" & "See Americas' First".
Your ebay auction "Big Way" plate is the 1971 design slogan and your "See Americas' First" plate is the 1970 design slogan,recycled earlier from the 1965-66 model year.It looks like the typical solid steel plate w /gold painted lettering,which was correct for 1970 along with the word "Chevrolet" in italics in the blue bowtie.
1965-66 were thinner with a glued on black cardboard backside & had the lettering gold annodized with the word "Chevrolet" printed straight in the bowtie.
