Looking for a pair of L60-14s to go on my "new" Rockets. Don't really like the Mickey Thompsons but understand they are all that is currently produced. Anyone got an old pair of another brand laying around?

I ran some 275-60-14 Pro-Tracs on my Chevelle. Same size as the L-60s but I don't know if they still make 14" versions.

There is a guy I know in N. Dakota that had some OLD BFG's on a Street Rod that he was parting. I think the fronts were E60-14s but I don't remember what the rears were. I gave the guy's # to someone else on the site so they may be gone but if you want to give him a call shoot me a PM.

I have a set of NOS bfg's that are P265-50 14. I got them with a 67 GTO convertible that I bought last year. They are from the mid 70's and have been kept in a warehouse out of weather. PM me if you are intersted in them and I can send you some pictures. motion396

Dave,
Here's a shot of one of the Big Cars in Stefano's display at VF this Spring. I swore these were vintage Inglewoods, but they were M/Ts. Nearly an exact reproduction of the old Inglewood Pos-A-Trac tread. I still have my old M/T L-60 14s, (although they have virtually ZERO tread left) but they have the typical M/T tread design. My M/Ts have a full 10˝" tread width while the ProTracs have just over 10". (photo courtesy of Kwhizz) ![]()

At least they have that nice square shoulder that radials just can't match. Dave |

What sort of performance can you expect from the new MTs mentioned above? Bias ply? Radial? Somewhere in between?
