The"correct" Quanta fan belt

Looking to get the correct Quanta fan belt that would work for a 70 L78 BUT I have removed the smog so a "correct" 70 L78 will be too big. Will a 396/350 belt work,? did they come with smog.? Thanks in advance SULLY
