I've just looked at half a dozen restored '69 Z/28's listed on the web at the request of a customer, and they're ALL sporting Firestone Wide Ovals. Are Goodyear or Sports Car 200 repops on worldwide back order, or did incorrect Wide Ovals suddenly get too cheap to ignore?

They're easier to get, not sure about the price

Many folks use other restored cars as their benchmark to restore theirs. Wrong ball joint rivets, plated A-Arm shaft end washers and on and on. All the errors just snowball.......
