Default T-3 Headlights / High Beams

I have a few of these in my garage. What year and model did they originally come off of? Also is it true the high beams have 3 prongs and the regular headlights have 2?

Thanks in advance,
-Dave

Thanks very much. I could have sworn I took them off a 72 Corvette so I guess that is possible.

Can I ask what book, web site, or data base you accessed to decode the T-3's?

Thanks again,

-Dave

It is almost unreadable when downsized, but I could e-mail it to you.

When I downloaded it and enlarge it, it becomes blurry. If you could still e-mail me a copy I would greatly appreciate it. I PM'ed you earlier with my e-mail address.
