Default GOODYEAR E-70-14 TIRES

Need help finding out the date of the following tires.
both tires are E-70-14,whitewalls.
A4NBL7DM small white tag has 127 on it
MELB DMA352 small white tag has 018 on it,both are DOT tires. thanks for the help

The first one was made after 1968, but before May, 1971.

The second one was made the 35th week of 1972 (or 82).

All tires made after 1968 had DOT coding, but there was no federally-mandated format for the coding until May, 1971; the second tire has the mandated standard DOT coding.

I don't think so - probably an internal tracking or inspection code; anything that relates directly to the tire is molded into the rubber.
