I have a 66 Nova 12 bolt coded FP. I know its 3.73 posi but what engine was it behind?
I have a Chevelle 12 bolt (68-72) with no casting date and it is coded LE The chevelle code does not show up in Colvin's book. The Nova code isn't explained in Colvin's book. Thanks in advance, Matt

I believe the 3.73 ratio was an L79 unit, as I'm not sure the lower HP 327's received the 3.73's - but, as always, most anything was possible back then!
