Wow, is that thing rusty! This'll cost $50-60K to restore. I don't see a small block / powerglide car bringing $100K in this day and age.

Even the dash is rusty. That's just sad. A few years ago this car would have been potential auction fodder but not with the current subprime mortgage collapse putting the clamp on easy play money.

cool car,
fuel pump story rings a bell, was this one on ebay a couple of years ago??? estate deal lady goes into rest home and they found this in the barn???

If it was only driven until 74.... it must have been driven hard! Carpet doesn't wear through from sitting? I don't buy the story, but its a nice project!
