Default 837 Alternator

I was bidding on this for a time and backed out at $750.00.
Winning bid was $950.00, Looks like a re stamp might be in my future.

I'm looking for an original one also but if I can't find one I'm going to put one on with a blank case. By putting a restamped one on you bring the whole car (otherwise original) into question.

I dont think by putting on a restamp alt or dist would make anyone think your car was a clone. If you want a real one just wait but in the mean time just run a 834 alt or another dist until the time is right and you find one in your price range with the right date. Trust me the stuff is still out there, you just have to look under every box, rug, bush, rock, etc. you will find it. Just think of it as the big hunt and when you get what your looking for, it will be your trophy.
