I removed the whole thread from the for sale section. I had a lengthly IM discussion with the owner about the requirement of placing a price. He was supposed to price it but has not so I removed it. The latest price was going to be 300K or best offer. If he wants to post a new ad and abide by the rules I will let it stay. He is a member so he should post his own ad instead of his brother since they can't seem to agree on a price. I'm sure many have his contact info so have fun.
