13857=Monte Carlo 2dr coupe Body
K=Kansas Leeds assembly plant
052127=Fisher Body Sequence No.
Trim 710=Black Vinyl bucket seats
19=Tuxedo Black Paint
B=Black Vinyl Top
09B=September 1970,2nd week assembly began
02924=Internal tracking No.,not decipherable since left plant.
