The pad reads:T0929EDM 4 bolt mains with windage tray studs and the extra hole by the oil filter.The casting number on the block is 3999289.It's on it's first rebuild from the crate.Any help would be appreciated.

Casting is 72-78 454. . What a wacky week of numbers....any more numbers on pad or other? . May be a counter or marine motor if no other numbers? .

It's an L-88,and never rebuilt.Can't find the code anywhere.Casting date H- 10-72.
