Default 'YENKO' casting ZL1 block on eBay

Not sure if it's the same one as on a few weeks ago? . I don't mean that rough casting one from last week. . Still interested in when Yenko cast this style also his later style w/ the logo....if anyone has any knowledge to share? . I've read Yenko had these available before the GM 'Winters' blocks but if true??? ~ Pete

It´s the same one alright.

Since Yenko bought the rights to the GM aluminum BB in 1976 (if the article I have is correct), it could not have been available before the GM block.

Anders, wouldn't it be the later style block with the logo (like the pic you posted last month) produced after buying the rights from the General....not the YENKO word casting style? . Last months 'Feb' feature car has one of these YENKO word blocks and I understood it was installed soon after purchase era 1969? . Seems funny Yenko would bother to produce them when he could order a Winters one through his parts dept? . I'll look for the jazz I read about Yenko having them before the Winters ones being available? . Anyone else have any wisdom on this subject? ~ Pete
