Not to muddy the waters but...do you have info that the car was seen in Sewickley or that the owners address was Sewickley? I know this sounds like a dumb question but...my house in PA is in Franklin Park but has a Sewickley mailing address so if this is also true for your car it may have spent more time in the North Hills/McKnight Road area instead of the Ohio River Blvd/Beaver Falls area. Just my 2 cents.
