Default HELP! decoding 64 gto cowl tag!

i am looking at buying a 64 gto?i need help decoding the cowl tag does anyone know a good web site?

If you post it here I should be able to decode most of it for you. I did one up in 1991, it was a Grenadier Red, Tripower, Four Speed Hardtop. It was a tough deal back then, hopefully more stuff is available today for the 64's. My son (now age 26) never forgave me for selling it in 1993 as it was his favourite of all the Musclecars I have owned since. The 64 Goats are indeed an ICON in my mind.
