Charlie Wenzel: Tried to Scam his 4x4 Forums!!!

This guy, Charlie Wenzel, tried to scam a fellow board member at a 4X4 forum - it's quite a read!

It isn't just Nigerians working pitiful scams.

Young gentleman named Charlie Wenzel offered to sell some BRAND NEW truck equipment for 100 dollars.

Charlie got the check, cashed it, and the told the buyer that the price was actually 125 dollars.

He got called on this by the entire site, relented and sent the parts.

Turned out the parts were used.

Young Charlie got owned by the entire site. Badly.

website no longer works for the bulletin board...got to about page 9 before it was taken off...looks like maybe some litigation causing the shut down????

wasted about 2 hrs of my life sun and made it to page 31 or so...poor kid is really stupid and just dont get it...the one guys comment about hoping that is not what most of the kids his age are like...but after bumping into a few this last summer, pretty scary but there about like him.

No it was overloaded with viewers and the server couldn't handle it.

Yeah Keith...I finally figured that out, too...

I got through all 61 pages...still the check was waiting to clear! You've got to check the bad seller section...Charlie Wenzel attempted to apologize...again

As I read though all the b/s on this site I could not believe that
It went as far as it did I have never seen anything like this on the net
I think site Moderators dropped the ball here. Got as far as attacking his girl
Friend which she had nothing to do with this mess.

It is nice to see at lest things do not get that crazy here.
