Default 1969 COPO Motor found

I have a 69 COPO Camaro. I was trying to get the original motor back from the guy who has owned it for several years. In the process, I bought a 67 Chevelle that has a COPO motor with the intent to trade for my original motor. The 67 Chevelle has had the same owner since 1978, and he has never had the motor out of the car. The guy who owns my original motor sold it to someone else once he found out I had the car that he has searched for for so many years. Anyways, I now have an original COPO motor that I would like to reunite with the car it came out of. The Chevelle came out of Dayton, Ohio, so I am going to guess that the COPO it came out of was sold in Dayton. I would like to make the owner of this car very happy. Here is the VIN:
124379N640348
Thanks for your help.
Chris

Playing the statistics, the trans is much more likely from a Z-28 or SS Camaro.
