Don Yenko's first race in a GRAND SPORT CORVETTE
This is a picture of the Vette Don drove at "Augusta International Raceway". It was said to be the first GS Vette he ever raced.

When I lived in Augusta in the early 90's I rode my mountain bike on the road course quite a few times until it was posted "NO TRESPASSING". The place probably had not been maintained in 20 years...but it still had the feeling of a special place.
