COPO PETE you out there, Check out this part of the article: [ QUOTE ] <font color="red"> For 1968 and 1969, a loophole in the SCCA rules permitted Pontiac Firebirds to run Chevrolet engines, as that's how they were sold in Canada. </font> [/ QUOTE ] Guess if you see a 68/69 Firebird in any salvage yards along the US/Canada boarder it might be worth it to check out the engine in that baby, since that statement was made in reference to the 302 Camaro Engine!!!!
