Default 1969 Camaro reverse lock out rods

Other than a stamped part #, how do i tell the difference between a small block and big block lower lock out rod?? Thanks

The length on both rods is about the same at 20". The big block and transmission are offset toward the passenger side requiring about a 3-5 degree bend in the rod on one end. Also, the rod should have 5776 stamped into the side, denoting the P/N.
