Cleaning out the garage and ran across an old chevy t-stat housing, cast iron with the number 6053 on the neck. It is in very good condition with no pitting. Is this a correct housing for any of the muscle cars? Same general shape as an aluminum 660 housing, including the tab for a carb return spring.
Figured if anyone knew it would be someone on this board. I am amazed at the knowlegde available here. ![]() Lynn |
