That is one NICE car,I love the old gsser style cars.I am thinking about building a 66 dodge dart gasser style, straight axle with old fuelinjection sticking out of the hood.Just ordered the plans for the straight axle setup. Will probably take awhile to complete but I don't get in a hurry anymore anyway. Thanks for posting those pics of the HENRY J

Thanks

It was a Speedway straight axle...they have quite a few in their catalog....there was a crazy AWB Dart called Corruptors Pup that was campaigned back then...I forgot if it was out of Hodges Dodges or what but it was on the market a couple years ago....VERY COOL...

Check out this link for some cool period Mopar drag racing pics. It might give you some inspiration Bobby. Can you imagine the reaction you'd get wheeling into a cruise night in something like this? You'd be a "Bad Man" for sure.

for vintage drag cars.

Yes that is what I want it to look like without the hood on!I love those old fuel injection systems,I have been doing a little reading and understand that you can make that type of setup a little more streetable now days.I am working on getting an enderle setup for a small block mopar if the guy will turn loose of it.I am suppose to meet him through another guy and understand he has a lot of cool old mopar items from way back inthe day.Just hope that the color GREEN will make him part with some of it,may even try to talk him into assisting in the design of the car, maybe that will get him motivated into parting with some of the stuff I might need.Cool picture,I have some really old drag racing tapes ,so old a couple don't even have sound, that have a lot of the old dodge cars racing.
