Experts correct me if I am wrong but I believe the 811 pump started being used right around the same time the LS-6 was introduced so late November, early December by what I have seen.

i think the 811 pump came out around may of 69. i have one in my car.also a guy on ebay has alot of them for sale and he said april was the last month for the 065.
