Default '69 Z/28 value?

I've got a guy with a '69 Z/28, he wants to sell the car, but he won't name a price. He wants me to name my price, and he will take it or leave it.
The car is a 26,000 mile car that has been taken apart(and stripped of paint)since 1977. It is all there except one head is missing. It's been stored inside and there is no rust. The car is Green on green. It's not a 4 wheel disc or crossram car.
Does anybody have a ballparl value based on the description. I'm thinking 8-10k.

Thanks,
Jim

If it is really, REALLY all there except for one head, you should probably at least double your estimate.

Green on Green nice color combo!
I would say around $15K-$20K only if EVERYTHING minus that one missing head is original... Any documentation?

third that...tell him a number if everything is there and agree that if its missing/or damaged stuff the price goes down...then start laying every last piece out...bet ya its missing some spendy items..have not been to a basket case yet that was dismantled and bagged and tagged properly yet... if it had it probably wouldn't still be apart...people that have these apart this long are not the detail oriented type if ya catch my drift..stuff is probably in the trunk and a dozen banana boxes with the convenient hole in the bottom to drop the much needed small stuff during moves...good luck, probably a nice car worth doing.
