Default are these for real?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW

Are these really pieces used by Motion Performance? I just traded an old Holley with these on it to A guy. It had front and rear metering blocks and A small pipe that stuck out from one side of the top of the carb that none of my other Holleys have. Just wondering, I may want to see if he'll trade back with me

Neat! I found the carb when I bought A Nova from A guy last year. I told him i'd buy the car if he would throw in all the parts he had laying around his cabinet shop, and the carb was one of the extras. I thought those gears were some sort of homemade outfit. Oh well .

I used one of these units on a 780 Holley for a day. I tore it off and threw it in the garbage. This is the best way that I know of to cut your gas mileage in half with no gains to show for the money spent.

Yeah, --They were having a problem with off the line bog at low rpms with the 3 bl-950 Holley--large secondary flap opening and insufficient fuel being supplied into the secondary--MPGs really suffered---Edelbrock then came out with improved secondary metering plates--
