I am in need of a Holley 4557 Base Plate only.
This is for a 1970 L78 built October 9th/1969.

No good! The mine doesn't have the lever for the vent arm. It's for a 71 carb, #4802. Sorry.

I am helping a fellow 70 owner get his L78 Chevelle dialed in.He wants a Vintage one first,not current repop yet.Thanks to all,&amp; to John for looking..theres always SC Indy July 8-11.

The base plate he has was produced <font color="red"> ONE HOUR </font> before his car was built!!!!
I told him I still have the original tires from my car and he asked if he could buy the air!

I heard he even has a tanker of Sunoco 260 that was produced in September of '69.

4557 base plate? how about the accelerator bracket that goes with that plate 3972619 EH!Want to sell it?

Speaking of that bracket, does anyone make a suitable / functional reproduction of it that can be used on a non-numbers car?

Not looking for a chrome plated ricky racer part though. Want one that looks correct at a glance.
