WANTED: 67-68 cowl hood & '67 Conv. sun visors &..

Hi,

I'm looking for an original cowl induction hood for my '67. Not a reproduction. Good condition with no damage or rust. I Will pay shipping (as well as cost) in advance if need be.

Also, I'm looking for a good place to acquire sun visors and the conv. top latch holder/sun visor brackets. Red visors would be preferable.

Finally, I am looking for any original, if possible, '67 RS headlamp door motors, as well as the bracket that holds the passenger side headlamp plastic door. Mine is broken. :-( Reproductions would be okay, the hood is the only item that must be original. Thanks.

Theres a complete 67 GM RS headlight system to include the GM electric motors right no on Ebay.

Also if your trying to get a 67 back to Orginal the Cowl Hood would be wrong since it never came on a 67 or 68 (Exception Z/Convt) Other than that there is a 67-69 Cowl Hood on the Team Camaro site for sale

Thanks a lot. I'll check those out. As for the hood, right now (for some reason) there's an after market SS hood on the car. As the car wasn't in a wreck (that you can tell at all--and everything else is the original sheet metal, or someone did a good job making it look that way :-), I can't imagine why they did so (maybe with the intention to try and make it look like an SS/RS, I guess). Anyway, the hood is mainly for the look, but I'll still want the original. Again, thanks a lot, I'll check out Ebay and team camaro. Cheers!

You sure its not a RS/SS?? Post your VIN and cowl tag info and Ill be able to tell you if it is one.

Yeah. I'm positive. The cowl tag shows it's only an RS, and has the original 327. Thanks though (I wish it was an SS w/ the RS options). :-)
