Need application for GM PN 1476521 (# on the box). Supposed to be HP 302 rods. I imagine this is a superceded #, but I don't have any reference sources for the part.

do they have a bushing in the pin end ,,i think they will fit any small block,the piston deck height will compensate for the difference in stroke,,i have some numbers il check them out and let you know forsure

If you carefully remove that top sticker, you should be able to see the original number on the one below. It might give us more info...

From the 1969 HD parts list in P&A-30A
3969804 - 396/427 ROD ASSY., Conn. (floating pin) (7/16" bolts) Has this note associated with it: This part can be used inplace of 3909846, provided the rod cap clearances are machined into the cylinder block The 3909846 p/n is the floating pin, 3/8" bolt, rod for a 396/427 identified as 1st design. |
