Trim Tag strike mistakes

anyone ever see a Trim tag that had an error as this one?

I enlarged and made a negative image of that tag and you can see it's not a "W". The question is, what is it??

Looks like a "double strike" to me - just a case of the die not being rotated to the right position (in between characters) and receiving part of two characters. Just another error........
