Default which coil is correct for a 396 69 Pace CAR

Hi, I'm new to this site and was wondering which Coil is correct for my BB 4spd Pace car? the 293 unit or the 270 unit? Also what does the "j" above the 293 BR designate?

Hi. Delco Remy application index lists 1115238 as the coil for a 69 pace car. That number coil is across the board for all engines in 69 except high perf transistorized ignition.........Joel
