Default Whatever happened to Mark Meekins of NCOA?

Does anybody know what ever happened to Mark Meekins after he sold his NCOA club to Late Great Chevy's? I loved reading his articles and technical stories. Too bad NCOA didn't combined with Chuck Hanson's ACES's club. Combined, they could have really been a great source for Chevelles.

I was a member of NCOA for years untill he just stopped sending out the magazine. He would say "It's almost done" but months would go by and still no magazine. Then Chuck H. came out with ACES which is also late a lot of times. The ACES Chevellabration show is this weekend same weekend as GM Nationals.

Is there something you are looking for?
Mark is a little elusive today.
I talked to him 2 weeks ago.
He is fine,Thank You.
Chuck H. wanted to buy the NCOA in 1995 from Mark.Mark and he couldn't agree on a price, so Chuck started ACES on his own.Marks club continued to fall, and just about all of the old NCOA membership jumped onto ACES.Like Enron to Ebay.
They couldn't really merge as they are mostly the same membership people from the NCOA.
Mark is more about stock restored and factory details,Chuck is more about modifiying and driving daily. They really couldn't produce and succesful Chevelle club together.

Wish I could attend the show in Goodlettsville this week.

Never met him, but his publication -- The Chevelle Report--had more right-on information in it than a publication twice it's size.

Yes it was,and tastefully done!
I joined day one,and kept every issue since.
I enjoy reading them all,but the Classifieds are what really get my heart pounding.
