I picked up a set of NOS GM emblems in two boxes each containing a large 427 emblem and a set of flags and the speed nuts. None of this has been installed before, I need to know what they are for. the PN# on the GM boxes are 3904696 and also says GR.8.147 Emblem. on the 427's it has the number3901932 and on the flag 3899582. they are in the old light blue Gm boxes. Thanks in advance.

They are worthless eblems for a '67 SS427 Impala. Shoot me an e-mail with a dollar amount you need for them and I will kindly take them off your hands since they won't look good on a '68 Chevy II.
seriously!

Sounds like they're fender emblems.

I just checked out an Impala site and found them on A 67 SS. I guess I have seen them dozens of times at car shows but couldn't place them from just the box and the guy I got them from had no clue either. I'll send an E-mail.
