Default aluminum block and heads

what is this engine casting # 0-326711,bare block lookes to be in good condition, has a set of aluminum manley rods, arias pistons, comes with a crank but it looked a little funky, had some weld spots on the counter balance, also had a set of heads setting on it cast#3946074,I ran across this at the swap meet today the guy that has it said he had it in a 2400 pound car that ran 9:18 et.He wants $4000.00 for all of it if any one is interested e mail me and I will give you his name and number,It is not mine and I am not trying to make anything off this, all I know is what I described here.Just thought some of you might be interested.I just want to know if it is a ZL1 engine
