Default fr spindle question

69 camaro front disc brake spindles..they look the same is there a rt and lft ? How to tell the difference?

My 68 AIM shows a different number for each side, but it’s a fully assembled piece. The only difference I can think of it the brake shoe position on the backing plate, hence the different numbers. Parts book does seem to care which side it goes on.
