Can someone educate me on these?

I have this pair of moldings and was going to replace the blow-out clips but then it dawned on me that this cannot be for a 67 Camaro convertible because it has vent windows. Are these only for 68/69 Camaro convertibles and possibly Firebirds of same years? I don't remember where I got these. |

This one is for a hardtop I believe. This was on the auction site recently.

After some searching I see these for 67 Camaro's.

Top is convertible bottom is hardtop. Anyone know if this can be purchased? It looks like I possibly can use the ones I have with clips removed? EDIT: Well I think I have answered my own questions here. These are NOT reproduced as far as I can tell and 67's are definitely unique with no clips but the channel is still needed for the rubber weatherstrip to be inserted into. I think I can make mine work without the clips. The holes line up! Last edited by hogdaddy; 02-24-2020 at 02:39 AM. |
