Vintage Hurst Line Lock & Sun Tach

Looking for some information, Is there anybody in the hobby that can rebuild a vintage Hurst Line Lock (leaks at the top/wire input) ? Is there an easier way to test one other then installing it? And Lastly, who can repair a vintage Sun Tach? Thanks in advance for the help.
