Default 69 GTO Judge RAM AIR III

Thought I share this. It was pretty heart breaking to see this happen to such a nice car. I restored this GTO Judge back in 2009 and had it for sale here a couple of years ago. Long story short I sold it last year to a local deal and he sold it this past fall. The new owner had it only a day or two when a 17 year old girl that just got her license the day before hit it head on. I had the car here in my shop but the new owner had no interest in repairing it. The car is very repairable. It's a real Judge, PHS, It was a concourse gold award winner in 2009 at the GTOAA in Dayton Ohio. This was a no expense spared restoration with over 175K invested. it was a well sorted car with about 3000 miles on restoration before we sold it. Also right before we sold it we brought the car into the shop and completely when though it top bottom at a cost of 9,022.21 to make it look as fresh as the day we completed it.

It would be nice to see someone that know what there doing end up with it.

I have pictures of the damage. Restoration pictures can be seen here if anyone is interested.

It needs a left rail and the bell housing is shattered, no damage to the firewall but the tunnel has a small dent and scratch, Cowl is push back just a little, small crack in the a-pillar and left sail panel.

I'd be more than happy to answer anyone's questions it they were serious.

Here what it looks like under the carpet.

It was a 3 speed stick believe it or not. Hope it will be repaired properly and not "harvested" for the goodies.

Yes, Ian is correct it's a 3 speed, Ford 3 speed top loader to be exact. It's what you got if you didn't order a 4 speed or an automatic. I really do hope someone that knows what there doing saves it.
