Hi everyone, I am finally adding back the rear speaker option on my Z and don't have an original package tray to use for reference. Would any of you guys be able to send me the dimensions?
Thanks much, Tony |

tony- is that a single speaker or double setup?
could you not use the speaker hole cutouts in the metal on the package tray? my Z has a single speaker/fader option from the AM radio

Single speaker, Eddie.... Are you saying the cardboard cutouts match the metal speaker cutout pattern? I wasn't sure if that was necessarily true.
Thanks! |

I laid mine in place before gluing the front down and traced from the trunk side of the holes and opening.. Cant get much closer than that.

Thanks guys. I couldn't remember if the cardboard cutout was supposed to match the metal cutout.
What did you use to cut the cardboard? Any tips? |

Tony, after you trace it out I use a box cutter - slow and steady - the speaker cover lays on top and covers any minor defects....
I assume your using a 6x9 speaker and mounts with the studs that slips onto the speaker hole metal slots? I would not know any other way to mount it?? Do you have one of those rear speaker kits with all the parts in it?

Thanks Eddie - that's what I needed to know. Yes, this is an original rear speaker setup with the four screws through the grille.
